Who are we?

We are Black River Media, LLC – a professional and full service media consulting and development firm. Our genesis begins in 1995 when Charlie McCracken and Travis Shortt began working together. In 1998 they left their employer to start their own venture. In so doing, they formed Digital Edge Productions. In 1999 the services offered by Digital Edge were expanded to provide advertising agency and public relations services and the name changed to ADVANTURE Media and ASPYR Productions. In 2001, ADVANTURE Media merged with Quantum Source Networks and opened our Las Vegas, NV office.

In 2003 Black River Media was born. Based in Los Angeles with client and partner firm, Talion Systems, Black River Media offers a wide variety of services to existing and potential clients across the country. Our strategic partnerships in Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; Monument, CO; Atlanta, GA; Norton, VA; Bluefield, WV; Nashville, TN; New York, and Las Vegas, NV afford us the opportunity to provide local, regional, and national services to our clients. Recently, 2009 has also seen strategic alliances formed in South American and European markets.

Who are our clients?

Since 1998 we have worked with over 120 clients in 18 states. We pride ourselves on the diversity of our client roster. Over the years we have worked with local, regional, national, and international clients. Our clients include local churches and religious organizations; nationally recognized non-profits; local/state/regional political candidates; Academy award-winners; environmental schools; tourist attractions/organizations; community and state colleges; regional healthcare providers; automotive dealerships; the coal industry; attorneys; and ammunition companies.
